Hi, I'm Jordan.
I support people to deepen their understanding of themselves and affirm their needs, wants, and desires as valid and deserving of respect. Through courses and workshops, I offer psychoeducation and invitations for self-exploration beyond my work in the therapy room. Although this is not therapy, like journaling, it can pair well with a therapeutic process, or it can help you identify what you might need to address with the 1:1 support of a therapist.
